Shipping & delivery

Adventure Dog Co ships gear to addresses in the United States. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Transit commonly takes about 2–8 business days depending on carrier and destination — plan on 3–10 business days total from order to door.

You will receive a tracking number by email when available. Delays can occur during peak periods or carrier disruptions; we send a proactive update if your order runs past the promised window.

US shipping rates

For US delivery addresses:

• Orders under $99 USD subtotal: flat $8.99 US shipping (one rate for the order).
• Orders $99 and up: free US shipping.

Shipping is charged once at the order level — not per item and not per supplier. Free shipping at $99+ applies to the whole order.

Split shipments

Some orders ship from more than one US warehouse partner. If your cart mixes products fulfilled by different partners, you may receive more than one package, each with its own tracking when available. Each package still aims for the same 3–10 business day window. We do not promise a single combined box.

Checkout currency: Prices are shown in USD. The currency and total you see at checkout are what you will be charged — if anything looks wrong, use Contact before you pay.

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier except where required by law.
