Carry-bag accessories vary by warehouse pack — if a bag is in your box, use it; if not, the pen still folds flat.

Care

Spot-clean with a damp cloth; air dry fully before folding. Zippers last longer if you clear grit after outdoor use.

Never leave a dog unattended in heat or weather extremes. Not escape-proof against determined diggers or chewers. Not an airline-approved crate unless your carrier’s rules say otherwise (we do not claim that).

We ship gear to addresses in the United States. Orders under $99 USD pay flat $8.99 US shipping; orders $99 and up ship free in the US. Orders are typically processed in 1–2 business days and arrive within about 2–8 business days after that — plan on 3–10 business days total. Tracking is emailed when available. If your order mixes products from more than one warehouse partner, packages may arrive separately — each still aims for the same window. Peak periods or carrier disruptions can add delay; we send a proactive update if your order runs past that window. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will replace or refund it. You do not pay return shipping on our mistakes.
